GHEM Executive Recruitment

GHEM is excited to announce that we are currently seeking new Executive Members to join the GHEM Executive Committee! Interested GHEM General Members are invited to apply.

The GHEM Executive is responsible for strategic planning, management, and advocacy of Global Health Emergency Medicine locally, nationally and internationally. As a GHEM Executive Member you will attend 2-3 strategic planning/executive meetings, contribute to fundraising activities, and collaborate on one or more group outputs annually. Joining the Executive allows for opportunities such as shaping the vision and future directions of GHEM, logistical and research support, access to financial awards when available (travel funds, etc.), and access to support via GHEM hired staff.

  • A complete application will consist of only an up to date CV sent to Alex McKnight (amcknight@ghem.caby 11:59 pm on December 10th.
  • Selected applicants will then be invited to attend a virtual interview to further discuss your interest in joining the GHEM Executive and demonstrating your fit.
